As Chairman and CEO of the SUTL Group of Companies, Mr Tay actively oversees its core activities across Asia. Under his leadership, SUTL has expanded into three key business units, including Leisure Lifestyle, Environmental, and Consumer Goods, facilitating logistics in over 18 Asian countries. Being an avid and seasoned boater and diver, his focus is on developing marina infrastructure, particularly for the growing superyacht community. Notably, SUTL Enterprise, a subsidiary, is the only listed marina business on the Singapore Exchange. Driven by his passion for advocating excellence in sustainability and coastal conservation, he initiated the inaugural Blue Water EduFest which was held in November 2022 in Singapore, with plans to expand the event to the rest of Asia.
